Thank you for shopping at Chahat Collection! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Delivery & Shipping Estimates

Standard Delivery (Domestic): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Express Delivery: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days (if applicable).
International Shipping: Delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen conditions such as extreme weather, courier delays, or high-volume sales periods.

3. Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on orders above PKR 2,500.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for nationwide orders. Please ensure you provide an active contact number and exact delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking link/number. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a photo/video before opening and contact us immediately.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team so we can assist you.
